Spicy Taco Bowl {Whole30}

We are completely obsessed with taco night in my household. It is a comfort food, for sure, and you don’t have to give up these bold flavors just because you are on the whole30. The Whole30 isn’t about taking things away, it’s about changing your mindset to view food, and your relationship with food, in a healthy way. Stop focusing on what you CAN’T have, and start focusing on everything that you get to enjoy!

Surprisingly, this hits all my hot spots for Mexican! I don’t miss the cheese, I don’t miss the tortilla – and I don’t think you will either!
