  1. Preheat oven to 400*F
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary sea salt, and pepper to taste
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet
  4. Cook for 1 hour or until golden brown, tossing every 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Not a ton of time on your hands?

I've also made them with "steamables" and they are still delicious! Just steam the potatoes as directed. Follow the same directions, but isntead of cooking for 1 hour, they'll only take about 15-20 minutes in the oven! Toss every 10mins until desired golden brown.
